The team leader is fantastic, they do great work at the Rec Center and the Batting cages and ball field, and we have never had any complaints about how our areas look. The consumer’s quality of work is top notch, they are reliable and dependable. Their team leader always communicates any concerns or updates regarding our areas, such as supplies that are needed, etc.

I just love it, they take care of his health, they are very supportive, and provide excellent care. I have a lot of trust in Mid-Step Services, I hesitated at first when we moved our son from another facility but I realize now that I had hesitated for no reason, Mid-Step Services was long and coming, it is so nice to have our son closer to us and so well taken care of.
